Well,technically, the Bearhead made a fusion bomb from scratch in his fight with Sir Tasnica, and Lady Copper used two nuclear bombs over the course of AT4, one against Author and one against King of Ferrets. Really, I think that dropping DA BOMB causes the bomber to lose the match, which is why Vikki never dropped one.
